All personal items removed, bagged, and labeled. Floor mats extracted. Compressed air blown through all crevices, seams, and vents to disturb embedded dry soil. Full HEPA vacuum of all surfaces, carpets, and upholstery. Vehicle arrives at a dry, debris-free baseline.
S2 Wheel, Tire & Wheel Arch Decontamination
Alkaline wheel cleaner applied to dry, cool wheels. Full dwell. Iron fallout remover applied, dwelled until purple bleed stops. Agitation with soft wheel brushes on faces, barrels, and hardware. Wheel arches blasted with alkaline degreaser and pressure-rinsed. Tires scrubbed clean. All rinsed thoroughly. Wheels and arches are surgically clean.
S4 High-pH Pre-Wash Snow Foam
High-pH, caustic-based snow foam applied to the entire dry vehicle via foam lance with horizontal fan pattern. Full dwell period allows alkaline chemistry to break down organic greases, traffic film, and old waxes, while surfactant encapsulation lifts sharp grit away from the paint. Thorough pressure rinse at 25° fan angle, top-down. Heavy contamination layer removed before any physical contact.
S5 Polymer Mechanical Decontamination
Entire painted surface, glass, and headlights treated with an elastic polymer decontamination towel and pH-neutral soap lubrication. Embedded ferrous particles, industrial fallout, and bonded mineral deposits are sheared flat and removed. Clay bar alternative with reduced marring risk. Paint surface is now smooth to the touch and free of bonded contaminants.
S6 Multistage Contact Wash (Multi-Mitt Method)
Vehicle contact-washed using the multi-mitt method: 8-10 plush microfiber mitts pre-loaded in a pH-neutral, high-lubricity shampoo. One clean mitt per panel, then discarded into a separate dirty bucket. Zero cross-contamination. Lower rockers and sills washed with dedicated separate mitts. Vehicle body is now fully clean and ready for drying or next process.
S10 Differential Surface Chemistry Cleaning
Three chemistry types applied based on substrate. Enzyme-based alkaline cleaner on high-touch organic oil zones: steering wheel, armrests, shifter, handbrake. pH-neutral cleaner on delicate surfaces, infotainment screens, and gauges. Acidic mineral spot remover on water residue marks. All applied via fine-mist atomizer. Full dwell for chemical reaction. Surfaces are chemically broken down and ready for agitation.
S11 Dry Steam Sterilization & Grain Restoration
Commercial dry-steam unit operating at 320°F with approximately 5% moisture content. All hard plastics, cup holders, door pockets, and center console areas treated. Flash hydration emulsifies remaining grime. Triangular brush with microfiber bonnet agitates textured plastics, re-opening the OEM grain pattern. Sanitization achieved without flooding electronics. Surfaces restored to factory matte appearance.
S12 Hot-Water Extraction of Fabrics & Carpets
Hot-water extractor delivering 170°F+ water with an acidic rinse agent injected into carpet and upholstery fibers and immediately vacuum-extracted. Pre-treatment of specific stains: enzyme spotter on protein stains, reducing agent on tannin stains. Fibers rinsed pH-balanced, soft, and free of chemical residue. Rapid drying time due to high extraction efficiency.
S13 Headliner Low-Moisture Cleaning
pH-neutral dry foam cleaner applied via sponge to headliner fabric. Gentle blot agitation only—no scrubbing, no overwetting. Immediate blot-dry with clean microfiber towel. Adhesive layer between fabric and backing board fully protected. Headliner cleaned without sag risk
S14 Interior Glass & Screen Clarity Protocol
Ammonia-free, anti-static glass cleaner used on all interior glass surfaces. Infotainment and gauge cluster screens cleaned with dedicated coating-safe solution. Two-towel method: one damp microfiber for cleaning, one dry low-pile microfiber for streak-free final buff. All interior glass and screens left crystal clear with zero residue.
S15 Interior Surface Protection Application
Leather treated with breathable, water-based ceramic coating providing matte, skin-like finish—not greasy, not pore-clogging. Fabrics misted with fluorocarbon-free textile sealant that individually encapsulates fibers for liquid repellency without altering hand feel. Hard plastics dressed with UV-inhibitor-infused, low-gloss, anti-static formula. Zero off-gassing. Zero migration. Interior protected with OEM-appropriate finishes.
S16 SiO2 Drying Aid & Initial Hydrophobic Seal
Vehicle is wet. SiO2-based spray sealant misted onto the surface. Drying performed with a twisted-loop, high-GSM microfiber towel. Water emulsifies with the sealant chemistry, simultaneously drying the vehicle and laying down a monolayer of hydrophobic polymer protection. Friction minimized during drying. Surface left dry, slick, and sealed.
S18 Door Jamb, Shut & Channel Cleaning
All door jambs, trunk channels, fuel cap recess, and sill areas hand-wiped with diluted all-purpose cleaner and microfiber towels. All dirt traps fully purged. Dried and protected with light spray sealant application. Shuts and jambs match the cleanliness standard of the exterior.
S19 Exterior Glass Water Spot Removal & Treatment
Dedicated glass water spot remover applied to all exterior glass. Acidic gel used for stubborn mineral deposits if required. Glass cleaned with ammonia-free glass cleaner and two-towel method. Optional: glass sealant or rain-repellent coating applied for improved wet-weather visibility and water shedding.
S20 Exterior Trim Restoration & Dressing
All external plastics, rubber seals, and unpainted trim treated with water-based acrylic polymer dressing. Applied with solvent-proof applicator. Satin, OEM-appropriate finish achieved. Excess buffed away to prevent migration onto paint or glass. No petroleum solvents used. Trim restored with dry-touch, non-greasy finish.
S21 Final Exterior Inspection & Detailer Wipe-Down
SiO2 spray detailer applied as final touch. Full vehicle wiped down under multiple light sources: natural daylight, LED, and handheld inspection lighting. Any streaks, smears, or residue identified and corrected. Vehicle delivered in showroom condition.
